If you are suffering from body ailments, then you must do the training under the supervision of your physical instructor or as per the guidelines of your fitness center. Make sure your doctor is aware about your health problems and in case of any difficulty in breathing during exercise, make sure to consult your doctor at the earliest possible. It is important to stretch and warm up before you start any kind of weight training. It does not matter whether you have strong muscles or you are a beginner. A 10 to 15 minute warm-up and stretching exercises will help you to avoid muscle injuries. Stretching will also ensure that your muscles are getting proper oxygen flow. You can start by jogging and doing some push-ups.

After warming up you can opt for the stretching, this will make your muscles relaxed. I advise my clients to warm up before weight training; you are supposed to start sweating before you lift the weights.
